1 pint thick whipping cream
1 C. boiling milk
1/2 C. flour
Sugar and cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cream in heavy pan slowly for about 20 minutes. When cream starts to boil slowly sift in flour stirring constantly. In a few minutes the butter will separate and come to the top. Remove about 1/2 of it. Pour into a cup and reserve for later. Add the cup of boiling milk. Cook slowly and thoroughly for about 15 minutes. Pour into dish and cover with the melted butter and top with sugar and cinnamon. Very rich pudding.
