4 packages (3 oz. each) ramen noodles 1 Tbsp. veg oil 1 cup spaghetti or pizza sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 package (3 ounces) sliced pepperoni, cut into strips
Discard seasoning packets from noodles. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Heat oil in a 10 inch oven proof skillet. Press noodles into skillet, evenly covering the bottom of the pan. Add sauce,meat and cheese. Bake 25-minutes at 350 degrees.
