1 lb cooked shrimp
3 tsp grated garlic
3/8 C oleo
1 Tbs lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp black pepper
chopped parsley
lemon wedges for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart saucepan, stir oleo and garlic over low heat. After oleo is melted add next 4 ingredients. Add cooked shrimp and stir to coat. When shrimp are hot, sprinkle parsley and serve over rice, dress with lemon wedges.
