3/4 C. cocoa, 1 3/4 c. flour, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1.2 c. butter, softened, 1 (16 oz) container lowfat sour cream, 1/4 c. milk, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding, 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, chopped nuts

vanilla glaze:
1 TBS. soft butter, 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 to 2 TBS milk, 1 tsp, vanilla

Chocolate Glaze:
1/2 TBS. soft butter, 1 TBS. cocoa, 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla, a little milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large mixing bowl. Combine rest of ingredients, and add to the dry ingredients. Mix on low speed, then beat 3 minutes on medium, scraping bowl often. Pour batter into well greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 60- 65 minutes Test with a toothpick at 55. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert on plate and let cool. Glaze with vanilla, then chocolate glaze, letting it run down the sides.
