Directions:
In large soup pot heat water, melt margarine in microwave and add flour to make a paste. Add paste to water, boil. This will thicken a little. Add cheese whiz and stir as it melts. Add veggies and meat and simmer for an hour. Stir often, and simmer at a low temperature so soup doesn't stick to the bottom and burn.
