2 chtas. de chuño
2 chtas. de polvo de hornear
1 copa de pisco

Almíbar:
1 kilo de azúcar
Agua que lo cubra

Directions:
Directions:
Batir las yemas y claras por 15 minutos aproximadamente, hasta que se puedan hacer dibujos. Agregar suavemente, sin batir, el chuño, harina y pisco.

Hornear, en horno precalentado, en un molde grande forrado en papel manteca a 350 ° F hasta que esté ligeramente dorado.

Aparte echar en una olla el azúcar y el agua (debe quedar un dedo por encima del azúcar). Poner a hervir, sin mover, hasta que el azúcar se derrita y tome una consistencia de jarabe.

Dejar enfriar el biscocho y cortar en cuadrados. Rociar con el almíbar caliente y decorar con pasas y almendras tostadas.
