Ingredients:
Golden Dinner Roll dough found in this book
2 C. of Sugar divided in half
3 sticks of butter divided in half
4 Tbsp. cinnamon divided in half

Icing :
1/4 to 1/3 cup Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter soft or melted
2 cups powdered Sugar more or less

Directions:
Directions:
If you want the dough a little sweeter add a little more sugar to the mixture. (Not Necessary) To make cinnamon rolls it is better to work with half the dough at a time. After dough doubles in size divide in half.
(As follows for half the dough) Roll out in rectangular about 1/4-1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Cut real butter into small pieces and spread over cinnamon and sugar, one and one half sticks. What ever it takes. ( to save time Graci and I sometimes will mix the butter, cinnamon, and sugar in a med bowl and then spread on the dough)
Roll-up dough in long oblong shape, Pinch ends. Cut in about 1/2 inch pieces and place on a greased pan (deep enough that they cannot bubble over) cut side down. Let rise about 30 minutes.
Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes
Each half of dough I usually fill 2-3 round pans,or one 9x13 pan, they do look better after they rise the second time.

Icing:
Beat until smooth. Thin enough to barely drizzle.
Drizzle over HOT cinnamon rolls. Not too thin. Add more sugar or milk as needed to make it right. This is enough icing for the all the dough, Lot's of icing is what makes them good.บบ
