2 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk
1 bay leaf
1/4 c. minced onion
dash salt, pepper
1 c. instant mashed potatoes
1/2 lb. broccoli
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil broth, milk, bay leaf & onion. Meanwhile, mix 1 T. flour & 1/4 c. cold water. Add to soup. Add salt & pepper.

Prepare 1 c. instant mashed potatoes, according to package directions. Add to soup. Prepare 1/2 pound fresh/frozen broccoli until near tender. Add to soup. Add 1 T. butter. Heat thoroughly.
