3-4 sweet potatoes
vegetable oil
6 T. butter
6 T. brown sugar
2/3 C. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Oil sweet potatoes. Pierce with fork several times. Wrap in tin foil and bake 350 for 1 hour. Remove foil. Scoop out potatoes and put in buttered casserole dish. Add butter and brown sugar, mash. Fold in 1/3 C. pecan pieces. Mix 3T. brown sugar and 1/3 C. pecans. Sprinkle on top and drizzle with 3 T. melted butter. Heat in oven for 20 - 30 minutes at 350.
