1 large pack of chicken thighs (or whatever part of the chicken you want)
Minute white rice
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Take the skin off the chicken. Wash the chicken and then lay it down on a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle it with some garlic salt.
Follow the directions on the box of minute rice for 6 servings.
When the rice is done, mix it with the soup and add however much salt and pepper you desire. Spread the rice mixture over the top of the chicken. Cover it with aluminum foil and bake it at
375 for 1 1/2-2hours.
