4 qts shredded cabbage OR 2 bags of coleslaw
2 medium onions, chopped
1 pepper, diced
1 carrot, grated
1 1/2 c sugar
3/4 c salad oil
3/4 c vinegar
2 tsp celery seed
1 tbsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, celery seed and salt. Mix.

Pour mixture over cabbage, onions, peppers & carrot. Let stand 30 minutes. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
