1 whole chicken or whole cut up chicken or just breasts Use good Swiss cheese from the deli, slices 1/2 can cream of chicken soup 1/3 c. Sherry ( you can use cooking Sherry if you wish) 1/2 c. or more Pepperidge Farm dressing
Cut chicken in pieces, remove skin. Lay in 9X13 glass pan. Lay sliced Swiss cheese over all. Mix soup and Sherry together. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle with Pepperidge Farm dressing. Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hrs. at 350º
