2 lbs bacon 1 large head of fresh broccoli chopped 3/4 c chopped celery 1/4 c minced green onion 1/4 c diced red onion 1 1/2 c red seedless grapes halved 3/4 c dry roasted peanuts 1/4 c white sugar 2 T white vinegar 1 c mayonnaise
Cook bacon till brown. Cool and crumble and set bacon aside. Mix mayo, sugar, vinegar and set a side. In large bowl mix broccoli, bacon, celery, onions,grapes and nuts. Toss with mayo mixture and chill for several hours.
