1 Spanish onion, 2 bouillon cubes, 2c water, 1/2 tsp garlic salt, dash Worcestershire sauce......4 pc toast, 4 slices mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
fry onion in 1tbs butter, dissolve cubes in hot water, add 2 c of additional hot water, season to taste. Simmer 2-3 hrs, place into individual bowls and top with toast and mozzarella chesse, bake until cheese melts
