2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. maple syrup
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 T. unsalted butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. (15 oz.) refrigerated pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. In a bowl combine pecans, syrup, egg, butter, vanilla and salt. Lay piecrust on lightly floured surface, and roll out flat. Using a 3" round cutter, cut out 12 circles. Roll circles into balls and place into mini tart pan. Using tart tool, shape the balls to the "cup" shape and divide pecan mixture into cups. Bake 28-32 minutes until golden brown. Remove to rack and cool.
