2 (2 1/2 oz.) jars sliced dried beef
1 c. sour cream
1 T. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 small pkg pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse dried beef in water. Lay on paper towel to dry. When dry, shred beef into small pieces in blender. Shred pecans separately in blender to use later. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk, and garlic powder with mixer. Stir in dried beef. Spoon into baking dish and spread evenly. Cover with shredded pecans. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
