3 c. sugar 1 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. butter 1 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla
Combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes or soft ball temperature. Stir constantly. remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Beat with a mixer until creamy and mixture begins to harden. pour into greased dish and let cool.
