1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can red kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cans petite tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add kidney beans, black beans, corn, tomatoes, taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 mins. Serves apprx. 4.

Note: For a spicier version, substitute 2 cans of tomatoes and green chiles for the petite tomatoes.

Quick and easy!
For garnish, add shredded cheese and a spoonful of sour cream. Enjoy with Fritos or tortilla chips!
