Fresh mushrooms
Blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Fill mushroom caps with bleu cheese. Arrange in a shallow baking pan and bake in 450 oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese bubbles.
Allow 4 or 5 mushrooms per person.
