1-2 lbs, hamburger, browned
1 package taco seasoning
2 cans ranch style beans
2 cans white corn
1 can black beans
1-2 cans rotel tomatoes
2 cans chopped green chilies
1-2 cans sliced olives
1/2 onion
lots of garlic
salt
pepper

Directions:
Put all ingredients in Crock Pot, cook on low all day or on High for a few hours. Serve over hot white or brown rice, ( I use minute brown rice) and top with Mexican cheese.

My kids love this! I love that it is so easy to make and ready when you get home. I lost the original recipe, so I just use whatever I have,,,it is a little different every time,but always good.
