4 chicken breasts 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1-2 tsp garlic salt (to taste) Pepper 1 egg 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 375 º Season chicken with garlic salt and pepper. Mix egg and mustard in separate bowl, set aside. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in separate bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes
