Ingredients:  
1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
corn starch
oil
Sauce:
1 cup broth
1/2 cup catsup
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tsp accent or other meat tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Disjoint wings and cook tips in water to make broth. Dip the meaty part of the wing in cornstarch then in beaten egg. Brown in hot oil.
Place chicken in greased baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 375 until done.
To make sauce, combine all ingredients listed above under sauce.
