Salad:
1 bag fresh spinach
4 strips cooked and chopped bacon
1 bunch chopped green onions



Dressing:
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients in serving bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in order and shake until mustard and sugar mixture are well combined. Pour over salad and enjoy!
