1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp Vinegar
4 tbsp Cooking Oil (Vegetable Oil)
2 eggs
4 Cups water
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs first, add vinegar and whisk well, add the oil, whisk. Mix the flour and the baking powder and salt together (separate bowl).Gradually add in the flour and water, stirring to combine. Beat until smooth.

Leave the mixture for a few hours or stand overnight.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.
