Ingredients:
corn on the cob
fresh garlic, minced
heavy duty aluminum foil
extra virgin olive oil
brown sugar, salt and pepper for seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and shuck corn. Spread olive oil on inside of foil. Add pinch of garlic, brown sugar, salt and pepper on top of the foil. Roll corn through the mixture, then wrap foil tightly around it. Wrap carefully. Avoid putting holes in the foil so the corn will not dry out on the grill.

Place foiled corn on the grill at medium to medium-high heat for 20 minutes. The outside of the foil will start to turn brown, indicating the corn is done. If also grilling meat, start the corn first, as it takes a lot of grill space. If using charcoal instead of gas, another round of coals may be needed to raise the temperature to cook meat. Corn will stay hot in the foil for up to 45 minutes after it has been removed from the grill. Place in empty cooler to retain heat even longer.
