2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
10 tbsp butter
3/4 c. egg substitute (or 2 eggs)
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350บ
Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in large mixing bowl.
Heat butter over small skillet on medium heat- cook 6 minutes or until light browned, stirring occasionally. Pour into seperate bowl and set aside to cook for appx 10 minutes.
Whisk butter and egg and then pour over flour mixture, stirring just until moist.
Spoon batter into 13x9 greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until wooden pick insterted in center comes out clean.
