2 quarts frozen cucumber's 1 large onion 2 Tablespoons pickling salt 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup vinegar
Combine cucumber's and onion with salt. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Drain well. Add sugar and vinegar. Cover again and place in refrigerator another 24 hours. Spoon into containers and cover with remaining juice. Freeze.
