3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. cooked pumpkin or squash 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or 3 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix the above in blender till smooth. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with a dry white or yellow cake mix. Melt 1-2 sticks butter or margarine and drizzle over the top. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
