4 lbs. country style pork ribs
1 1/2 cups Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce or Homemade sauce below
1 cup orange juice
1 small onion finely chopped
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. pork rub or barbecue seasoning

Homemade Sauce
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 cup cider or red wine vinegar
1/4 cup worcesteshire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup packed dark or light brown sugar
2 tbsp. dry mustard
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
3 slices lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan over medium heat and cook, stirring often until the sauce comes to a simmer. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove the lemon slices.

Ribs:
1. Position the rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat the oven to 300º.
2. Cut the ribs to serving size and place in a large baking dish. Rub the ribs with seasoning, salt and pepper.
3. Whisk the sauce, juice and onion together. Pour over the ribs to coat. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours.
4. Uncover and increase the heat to 350º. Bake for 1 more hour,turning after 30 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
