3 Ripe Avocados
8 oz Cream cheese
8 oz. Prawns
2 oz. Butter
1 Onion
Lemon juice
Black Pepper
Cucumber - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese well.
Chop onion finely and fry in butter with the prawns until onion is transparent.

Drain and add to cream cheese with lemon and black pepper. Mix well and chill.

Prepare avocados by halving, removing the stone and scouring gently. Fill with cream cheese mixture
Garnish with parsley and cucumber if desire.
