1 Pillsbury frozen pizza crust
2 jars artichokes, drained and finely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan and 1 cup mozzarella. Reserve remaining 1 cup of mozzarella and set aside. Add artichokes and mix. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Spread out pizza crust into a rectangle, pulling up sides, as in pizza. Spread artichoke mixture on across dough and top with reserved mozzarella. Bake for 15 minutes, until brown and bubbly. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Cut with pizza wheel into squares and serve warm. Can be "greasy" - serve with napkins.
