2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can red beans, drained and rinsed
2 c. frozen corn, thawed
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
3/4 c. red onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
3 T. red wine vinegar
2/3 c. olive oil
3 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper for seasoning

Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve with tortilla chips. Remove jalapeno pepper, based on taste preference.
