2 lbs brown sugar
1 1/2 c milk
1 tsp salt
4 tbs butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 c coconut, nuts or rice

Directions:
Directions:
COmbine sugar, milk and salt in saucepan. Proceed as for fudge, to soft ball stage. Stir frequently during cooking to prevent curdling or sticking. Stir rigorously after removing from flame. Add nuts just before pouring.
