1 1/4 cup flour
2 2/3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix until just damp. Drop by tablespoon into boiling stew. Cover for 12 minutes. DO NOT uncover until 12 minutes have passed or your dumplings will fall and be heavy.
