6 to 7 Yellow Squash 1 (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1 small Onion
Clean and slice the yellow squash. Cut up the onion. Bring water to boil and add the onion, squash and seasoning to taste. Boil until squash is tender. Drain as much water off as possible. Return to heat and add the cream cheese. Serve as soon as the cheese is melted.
