1 lb. box lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp minced onions
2-26 oz jars spaghetti sauce
2-8 oz packages shredded cheese
1 C. Cottage Cheese (optional)
1 can sliced black olives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to box; strain. In separate pan brown ground beef with onion; drain. Mix ground beef, spaghetti sauce, and olives. In 9X13 pan, start with a layer of sauce, then a layer of noodles. Add layer of sauce mix, cottage cheese, and shredded cheese. Add another layer of noodles, followed by sauce and shredded cheese. Repeat. To top layer add sauce and end with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
