Directions:
Soak cube steak in buttermilk. Combine all dry ingredients into a plastic storage bag and shake. In a 12 skillet, put about peanut oil and heat to around 350. Place one piece of steak at a time into plastic storage bag and shake. Take out coated steak and place into skillet. Turn steak frequently to keep from burning. When juices stop coming out of meat, it is done. Serve with green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, and biscuits.
