2 C uncooked elbow macaroni
12 oz sharp cheese
1 can evaporated milk
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook macaroni until fork tender, drain well and set to the side. In a sauce pan over low heat, combine cheese and evaporated milk, then stir until cheese is melted, but do not boil. Combine macaroni, cheese mixture, and seasonings in a round or oblong casserole dish. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until top is a light brown. It is so good you might want to double the recipe.
