1 large can diced tomatoes
1 skive saltine crackers
4 green onions
Ĺ C mayonnaise
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, crumble the crackers into smaller pieces. Drain tomatoes and pour into bowl with crackers. Finely chop the green onions and add to tomato-cracker mixture. Add mayonnaise and seasoning, stir well and refrigerate at least Ĺ hour before serving. This makes a great side dish with any type of dried beans, pork chops, roast or fried chicken. This was one of Kacís concoctions. She had an amazing talent at mixing the right foods with the right spice to get a mouth watering dish. I miss her love a wisdom a lot.
