2- 8 pie crusts
1lb chopped ham-whatever type you prefer
1lb shredded sharp cheese
1 pint heavy whipping cream
Dash chili powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt to taste
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Layer ham, then cheese into the pie shells. Mix eggs, cream and seasonings in a mixing bowl. Pour even amounts into each pie shell, and cook for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
