2 quarts cooked grits
2 tubes garlic cheese
1 stick butter
1 lb sausage
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage and brown in frying pan. Drain thoroughly and sit to the side. Combine butter, evaporated milk, and cheese in a saucepan over low heat. Stir often to make sure cheese doesnít stick, and do not boil this mixture. Remove from heat and add to grits in a large mixing bowl, stirring in mixture thoroughly. Next add sausage and stir in. Beat the two eggs and stir them in quickly so they wonít cook. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 10X13 casserole dish, bake in oven at 350į for 1 hour. Serve with homemade biscuits and hash browns. A real crowd pleaser. This is our kidís favorite meal on Christmas morning.
