Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

2 lbs lean stew meat or beef roast
1 large can tomato sauce
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can kernel corn
2 lbs red potatoes cut into small pieces
1 can field peas
1 small bag of frozen cut okra
1 small bag of frozen cut green beans
3 tsp salt
1 T coarse ground black pepper
2 tsp cayenne
24 oz. water

Cook meat until fork tender. Pull apart into small pieces. Combine remaining ingredients, with the exception of okra, into a large soup pot. Cook over low heat for 1 hour, then add meat and okra and simmer for 30 more minutes. Serve with corn bread.
