Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
1 T Italian bread crumbs

Soup:
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated mlk
1 8oz container heavy cream
1 C milk
1 C water
1 bunch of fresh parsley
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all meatball ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make meatballs about the size of a marble. Put them in a 9x13 casserole dish and bake about 20 minutes. Take them from the pan and drain on paper towel. Take a large soup pot and put in all soup ingredients, mixing them well with wire whisk over low heat. Simmer mixture by bringing heat up to just shy of boiling. Add meatballs and chopped parsley right before serving. Garlic toast or melba thins go well with this soup.
