2 large cans candied yams
1 C evaporated milk
4 oz finely chopped pecans
1 box spice cake mix
2 sticks butter (not margarine)
1 tsp vanilla
C brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to 350-375. Set your butter and cake mix to the side. In a large mixing bowl, combine yams, milk, pecans, vanilla, brown sugar, and cinnamon into bowl and mix on low speed until all ingredients are well blended. Pour mixture into disposable casserole pan, making sure to spread evenly throughout pan. Open cake mix and sprinkle over yam mixture, making sure all yam mixture is covered. Cut butter into pats and spread evenly over the top. You may use extra butter, but do not use less. Place pan into grill and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, making sure top is golden brown before removing. Serves 8 to 10.
