Directions:
Place your griddle on the grill and preheat. Mix chocolate syrup, pancake syrup, and butter in a small sauce pan on very low heat. Heat until butter is melted and mixture is stirred well. After mixing your pancake batter by the box directions, drop a small amount on griddle to check the heat. When grill is right temperature, pour out the batter and sprinkle some chocolate chips right into the pancake batter on the griddle. When the pancake is done, pour some of the syrup over them, and serve with your favorite breakfast meat.
