Grilled Homemade Pizza Recipe

Ragu pizza sauce or Ragu alfredo sauce
Garlic salt
Canadian bacon
Bertoli pizza dough
Olive oil
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Grilled chicken
Other toppings of your choice

Pre-heat grill on medium, optimum temperature 400. While grill is heating, brush olive oil on both sides of dough and sprinkle garlic salt on both sides. Put dough directly on cooking grids for 3 to 5 minutes until bottom is lightly browned. Remove from heat, cover top of dough with either pizza sauce or alfredo sauce. Put toppings of choice on sauce with Mozzarella cheese being final ingredient. Place back on cooking grids with lid down for approximately 8 minutes or until cheese is melted well. Cut into small serving slices and enjoy.
