Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 to 3 lbs boneless chicken breast
Bamboo skewers
Lemon pepper marinade or John Henry’s Herbal marinade

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into strips about ˝” wide. Let sit in marinade overnight.
Pre-heat grill on medium.
While grill is heating, put one piece of chicken on a skewer. This way you can cook a few at a time and you will have some fresh for a couple of hours. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes right over the fire on each side. Check for doneness-should be ender and juicy-but be careful not to serve chicken that is not fully cooked.

Serve with some type of John Henry’s dipping sauce or his hot sauce for adults.
