Ingredients:
1 to 3 large loaves garlic break, unsliced
Mozzarella cheese, shredded, 6oz. per loaf
stick real butter per loaf
Garlic salt or powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut middle out of bread by slicing around top of loaf. Be sure to go at least halfway down into the loaf. Pull out cut and lay to the side. Melt your butter with desired amount of garlic. Baste garlic butter onto the exposed part of the loaf, and then sprinkle shredded Mozarella over that. Put the top back on the loaf and wrap very tightly in aluminum foil. Heat grill on one side to medium heat. Put bread either on unlit portion of grill or the warming rack, and let sit for about 15 minutes with lid down. Take foil off, slice and serve. This is a great appetizer. You can serve it with some warm marinara sauce or alfredo sauce.
