18 fresh jalapeno peppers
1 8oz. container whipped plain cream cheese
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 oz V-8 juice
Your favorite cheese
1 lb Italian ground sausage
4 tbsp Italian bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 tbsp yellow mustard
Small amount olive oil
Sesame crackers or vegetable thins

Cut the tops off of the peppers, split each pepper into 2 halves, remove seeds and soak peppers in ice cold water while preparing stuffing. Brown sausage in skillet and drain well. Place into mixing bowl with remaining ingredients. Mix with mixer on low speed until all ingredients are blended well together. Spoon mixture into peppers and place on disposable cookie sheets with a little olive oil brushed on pan.

Preheat grill on low heat. Place cookie sheet on cooking grids, close lid and let cook 12 minutes. Right before you take peppers off grill, melt your favorite cheese over the top of each pepper. Serve with sesame crackers or vegetable thins.
