Ingredients:
3 lbs frozen chicken wing pieces
John Henry’s All Purpose Seasoning or
Holland Seasoning
Celery slices
Carrot sticks
Ranch or John Henry’s BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Light one end of the FireMagic grill on medium. Spread chicken wings on unlit end of grill, being careful not to get wing pieces directly over fire. Sprinkle heaving coating of John Henry’s All Purpose Seasoning or Holland Seasoning all over the chicken. Pull lide down and walk away for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn each piece over, sprinkle with seasoning, and pull lid down. Check wings in 30 minutes. When meat starts pulling away from bone easily, they will be done. If you want them a little crispy, spread over open fire for a few minutes before taking up. DO NOT leave unattended when lid is up and chicken is over direct flame.

Serve with Ranch or John Henry’s BBQ Sauce, celery slices and carrot sticks.
